You may understand why you feel the way you do and still find your body responding as though you need to stay on guard. Together, we can make room for your experience with curiosity, compassion, and a pace that respects your needs. I’m Kenny Enclade, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Compassion Therapies. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent experiences, including ADHD, autism, OCD, and giftedness. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and neurodiversity-affirming. Our work brings together a trusting therapeutic relationship, attention to bodily and sensory experiences, and cognitive approaches. Depending on your goals and preferences, we may draw on EMDR, Brainspotting, neurofeedback, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), or CBT. You have a voice in what we try and how we proceed. Whether therapy is new to you or previous experiences have left you feeling stuck, you are welcome here. The goal is greater self-discovery, self-acceptance, and autonomy.
