Introduction

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals, couples, families, and youth find hope and healing from past and current life stressors. As a double graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary (Marriage and Family Therapy and Counseling & Biblical Studies), I am trained in applying clinical and Biblical concepts in therapeutic contexts. The therapeutic model I use is STAND : Stabilize clients by addressing immediate needs, Treat presenting issues by applying appropriate therapeutic intervention(s), Apply interventions to real life scenarios through in session processing, help clients Navigate change in real time as they use interventions learned in session in their daily lives, Develop client's ability to sustain lasting change as interventions become internalized.
