Introduction

Therapy is a supportive and collaborative space where healing is approached with compassion, honesty, and respect for each person’s pace and lived experience. I believe meaningful growth begins when individuals feel emotionally safe enough to explore the parts of life they may have once avoided, suppressed, or struggled to process alone. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. My clinical work is grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed care, with a focus on helping individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, and everyday stressors. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi, Teletherapy Licensed in Louisiana, and an Associate Licensed Counselor in Alabama under clinical supervision. I provide secure telehealth services and tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and strengths. Healing is not about perfection—it is about learning how to sit with, understand, and move through life’s challenges with greater awareness, balance, and support.
