I began my path in mental health after earning my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin Superior. My passion for helping others grew, leading me to pursue a Master of Science in Education (M.S.Ed) in Clinical Counseling, which I completed in 2025. I am currently working toward my LPCC license and am dedicated to continuous learning and growth in this field. My specializations include working with neurodivergent individuals, particularly those with ADHD and autism, as well as addressing family trauma and navigating complex family systems. As a member of the neurodivergent community myself, I understand the unique challenges many face and adopt a non-pathologizing approach. My goal is to create a safe and inclusive environment where clients can explore their experiences, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal growth. I believe that therapy should be a partnership between therapist and client, fostering open communication and trust. Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your child, or your family, my approach emphasizes collaboration and empowerment, helping you take ownership of your journey. Through my services, I aim to provide meaningful impact tailored to your individual needs, promoting emotional well-being and resilience. I look forward to the opportunity to work together and support you on your path to living your happiest, healthiest life.
