Introduction

Are you tired of feeling like you keep going in the same circles? having the same arguments? dating the same people? ending up in the same situations? If you are tired of cycles of anxiety and depression, if you are over the feelings of being stuck-- Let's talk. As your therapist, I am present, listen actively and reflectively, with compassion and empathy. My approach is patient and allows clients, like yourself, to set the pace that feels right for them. Through individual, couple and/or family therapy, I assist clients in improving communication, managing emotions, navigating relationship issues, working through life transitions, and overcoming obstacles like anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and trauma. My goal is to empower you to gain self-awareness, build resilience and reconnect with your sense of purpose and fulfillment. As your therapist, I believe in coming alongside you to achieve the goals and healing that you have for yourself, your relationship, your marriage, your family and your children. I take my time to listen to you, to understand the narrative of your concern. You are the expert of your life. Therapy with me is a collaboration. Finding a therapist you can trust, feel comfortable with to not only hear you, see you but challenge you, is a key component to success in therapy. I want to welcome you to reach out via call or email to see if I am the right fit you have been searching for. I look forward to partnering with you on your therapeutic journey. I have been in the field of counseling/therapy for about 7-10 years. I started working with children, families, individuals living with addiction, and then couples. I currently see individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, and even friend groups. I partner to address a variety of concerns presented by clients from mood disorders (Bipolar/BPD/NPD/etc), anxiety, depression, grief, trauma/ PSTD, to Couples' issues, family issues, child/teen behavioral concerns, sibling dynamics, addiction (drugs/alcohol/gambling), sex therapy, etc.
