Introduction

Are you tired of feeling like you keep going in the same circles? having the same arguments? dating the same people? ending up in the same situations? If you are tired of cycles of anxiety and depression, if you are tired of feeling like you are going around in circles, if you are over the feelings of being stuck-- Let's talk. I want to identify what cycle you are in, what core need is screaming to be met, and where that cycle is rooted. Together we can achieve better mental clarity, understanding/minimizing of these cycles, and the space to exhale. I have been in the field of counseling/therapy for about 7-10 years. I started working with children and in working with children I understood the need of parents and families in their sessions. This led me to specializing in Marriage and Family therapy so I would be best equipped at help the family as a whole and in their individual parts or sub groups. I have worked with a variety of concerns presented by my clients such as but not all, mood disorders (Bipolar/BPD/NPD/etc), anxiety, depression, grief, trauma/ PSTD, Couples' issues, family issues, child/teen behavioral concerns, sibling dynamics, addiction (drugs/alcohol/gambling), sex therapy, etc.
