Introduction

Whether you’re facing relationship struggles, pressures, grief, or the impact of past trauma, I offer a warm, culturally attuned space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with adults, children, teens, and families who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, parenting challenges, or identity & belonging issues My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique experiences. I integrate EMDR, trauma-informed strategies, and creative approaches to help teens, adults, and families process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and strengthen relationships. Together, we work to create meaningful change and resilience in your daily life. Sessions are available in English and Spanish, in-person (Chicago) or online. I accept insurance and offer sliding scale when eligible. If you’re ready to explore whether we might be a good fit, feel free to email or call to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
