Introduction

Recovery is a personal journey that shouldn't require a 3-hour drive. At Luvia Behavioral Health, we believe that quality mental health care should be accessible. I partner with my patients to address the whole person - treating both physical symptoms and underlying mental health challenges. From your initial intake to stabilized recovery, you can expect a secure, supportive, and completely private experience. Skip the hours of travel and the public waiting rooms; my mission is to bring high-quality, judgement free psychiatric support services directly to your home or local library's private portal. _____________________________________________________ TO VERIFY YOUR INSURANCE COPY AND PASTE LINK TO NEW WINDOW: https://care.headway.co/providers/kerlange-alsaindor?utm_source=pem&utm_medium=direct_link&utm_campaign=186046 ____________________________________________________ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Do I have to travel for my appointments? No. Luvia Behavioral Health is 100% telehealth. We meet via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video link. If you do not have high-speed internet at home, many of our patients use the private telehealth rooms at their local Montana public library. How do I get my medication? If medication-assisted treatment (like Suboxone) is part of your care plan, I send your prescription electronically to your local Montana pharmacy during our session. We work closely with your pharmacist to ensure they have your medication in stock. Is my treatment private? Absolutely. Telehealth eliminates the need to sit in a local waiting room where neighbors might see you. Our platform is encrypted and secure, ensuring your recovery journey remains completely confidential. Do you take my insurance? Yes, we are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and Quest Behavioral Health. We also offer affordable private-pay options for those without these plans.
