Introduction

Hi, I'm Kerrie LaRosa — a clinical social worker and parent coach who has spent more than 15 years working alongside children and families. I help parents understand what's really driving their child's behavior and give them practical, doable tools to respond with more confidence and less stress. My approach is down-to-earth and judgment-free. You won't get lectures or one-size-fits-all advice here. Instead, we'll build on the strengths you already have, focus on what actually works for your family, and keep your child's well-being at the center of every conversation. Whether you're navigating everyday challenges — discipline, big feelings, screen time, sibling conflict, life transitions — or simply want to feel more connected to your kids, parent coaching meets you where you are. I also work closely with parents moving through separation, divorce, and high-conflict co-parenting. These seasons are hard, and they ask a lot of you as a parent. Together we'll focus on lowering conflict, steadying your own responses, and making child-focused decisions — so your children feel safe and supported no matter what's happening between households. You don't have to figure this out alone. I'd love to learn about your family and what you're hoping for. Interested in working with me? Fill out the contact form to get started. Warmly, Kerrie LaRosa, LMSW LaRosa Parent Coach
