Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or anxious about where life is taking you? Are you a parent who feels worried, lost, confused, or alone? Whether you're adjusting to college, navigating a career shift, parenting, processing past trauma, or simply trying to manage the daily stress of being human, therapy can offer the space to pause, reflect, and find your footing again. Kerry works with adults and older teens facing anxiety, life transitions, and trauma. Her approach is client-centered and informed by behavioral principles, offering both emotional support and practical tools for growth. She creates a calm, nonjudgmental space and brings humor to sessions where clients can feel safe to be themselves. Kerry enjoys working with clients who are motivated to engage in the therapeutic process: anyone who may feel uncertain or overwhelmed but are ready to start the work of therapy. She has a background in biology, education, and mental health counseling and is currently expanding her training to perinatal mental health to better support new or expecting moms.
