Introduction

You look like you’re holding it together—but inside, it feels very different. Maybe you’re constantly overthinking, feeling anxious, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break. I work with women who are navigating real-life transitions—late high school, college, early adulthood, motherhood, and midlife—while trying to keep up with the demands of everyday life. Many of my clients are used to being the “responsible one.” They show up for everyone else, but feel overwhelmed, unsure of themselves, or quietly struggling with anxiety or depression. Whether you’re navigating independence, relationships, parenting, or a new phase of life, therapy can be a space to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and start feeling more in control. I bring both professional experience and real-life perspective into the work. I understand what it’s like to navigate school and growing independence, as well as parenting, family responsibilities, and the shifts that come with different stages of life. Whether you’re figuring things out for the first time or adjusting to a new stage of life, I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely supported. I use a cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach to help you make sense of how your thoughts, emotions, and patterns are connected. At the same time, sessions are very conversational. We’ll talk through what’s happening in your life and work on tools that actually feel useful—not just in theory, but in your day-to-day. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable quickly and appreciate having a therapist who is warm, engaged, and easy to talk to. I’ll listen, but I’ll also help you think things through, notice patterns, and gently challenge what may be keeping you stuck. I offer telehealth sessions only, providing flexibility and convenience—especially for busy schedules, parenting demands, or students balancing multiple responsibilities. I am currently accepting new clients and virtual sessions. I accept BCBS, Aetna, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim, and Optum, and also offer self-pay options. If you’re thinking about starting therapy, feel free to reach out by email or phone—I’m happy to answer questions or help you figure out if this is a good fit.
