With individual work, I offer somatic tools to help you better understand and regulate your nervous system so things feel more manageable. From there, we can work through stress and emotional overwhelm with more clarity and self-trust. With couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you understand the patterns you get stuck in, communicate more openly, and rebuild a sense of closeness and trust. My approach is collaborative and flexible. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic work, and mindfulness, depending on what fits you best in the moment. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you feel more like yourself again, more connected in your relationships, and more steady in your day-to-day life.
