I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Therapeutic Transformations, and I work with individuals navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, and substance use challenges. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in helping you feel understood while building practical tools for change. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work with a specialization in Military Social Work from the University of Louisville. As the spouse of a Veteran, I have a deep personal and professional connection to the Veteran community. I understand the unique experiences that come with military life, including transition stress, trauma, and the impact on relationships and identity. In addition to my work with Veterans and their families, I have experience supporting individuals in recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns. I strive to create a space where you can speak openly without judgment and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at the University of Kentucky, continuing to strengthen my commitment to evidence-based, high-quality care. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you don’t have to navigate things alone. I’m here to support you.
