Healing is more than learning coping skills, it's understanding yourself with greater compassion. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationship concerns, and life transitions who are ready to move beyond simply surviving. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling exhausted by overthinking, traumatic childhoods, self-criticism, or patterns they can't seem to break despite knowing "better." Using an integrative approach that combines CBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatics, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, and EMDR, we'll work together to understand the protective patterns that developed for a reason, while building new ways of responding that are grounded in self-awareness rather than fear. Therapy with me is collaborative, thoughtful, and active. I'll offer support, meaningful feedback, and practical tools while helping you deepen your understanding of yourself. Together, we'll strengthen your ability to regulate your nervous system, cultivate self-compassion, process difficult experiences, and create lasting change that extends far beyond our sessions. You don't have to have it all figured out before you begin. We'll make sense of it together one step at a time.
