I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale—where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. Just come as you are. I work with adults and couples who are navigating life’s more complex and often overwhelming moments—relationship challenges, divorce, co-parenting, identity exploration, trauma, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what’s next. I also support parents who want guidance in having open, healthy conversations with their children about topics like sex, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. A space that is affirming, empowering, and grounded in empathy. My approach is collaborative—we work together to make sense of your experiences, identify patterns, and build tools you can actually use daily. I also recognize that culture and lived experience shape how we heal, so I take a flexible, culturally responsive approach rather one size fits all. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, solution-focused, trauma-informed care, and Gottman-informed couples work. Whether we’re strengthening communication, navigating co-parenting, processing trauma, or building emotional regulation skills, my goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and aligned in your life and relationships.
