I want to empower you to live with clarity, confidence, and meaning. When life feels overwhelming, unbalanced, or uncertain, therapy can offer a space to pause, reflect, and feel understood. Whether you are navigating long-standing challenges or facing a new season of change, you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a supportive, collaborative environment that honors your unique identity, experiences, and the relational contexts that shape your life. Please make an appointment or send me a message to contact you and begin your journey. My therapeutic approach is primarily grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), helping clients build practical skills to challenge unhelpful thought patterns, manage difficult emotions, and create meaningful change. I also lean heavily on existentialism and person-centered approaches to support clients in staying in the present moment, increasing self-awareness, and aligning their actions with personal values. In my practice, I emphasize collaboration with my clients and strive to co-create an affirming therapeutic space that fosters the exploration of feelings, relationships, and both past and present experiences. I have experience working with college students, young professionals, and adults navigating a range of issues including life transitions, interpersonal relationships, anxiety and depression. In particular, I am passionate about working with patients who have suffered various forms of trauma and identity issues. I was born and raised in Bolingbrook, Illinois, a suburb southwest of Chicago. I attended Bradley University (BA) and The Chicago School of Psychology (MA and current PsyD student). I am supervised by Jennifer Bradford PhD. Outside of her clinical work, I enjoy exploring the DFW metroplex, exercising and spending quality time with her friends.
