I offer a grounded, respectful space for exploring emotion, meaning, and self-connection. My approach integrates somatic awareness, relational depth, and gentle structure to bring steadiness and coherence. I honor grief, sensitivity, and identity work as pathways toward clarity, healing, and renewal. I work with adults and adolescents who are experiencing grief and loss (including pet loss), anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, obsessive or perfectionistic patterns, compassion fatigue, and relational or family challenges. Many of my clients are highly sensitive, deeply feeling individuals who tend to hold themselves to high standards or who are in helping or caregiving roles. I also support those engaging in existential or spiritual exploration—especially when beliefs, values, or identities are shifting. The world carries a great deal of movement and weight. Within that, our inner lives often ask for more space and care. Therapy can offer steadiness—a place to listen inward, integrate, and reconnect with yourself. If you’re seeking clarity, balance, and self-understanding, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
