Introduction

I find creative and unique ways (through scientifically-proven therapy techniques and my own humanness) to help individuals and relationships feel unstuck and like they have a say in their lives through a deeply rooted connection with their own and others' experience. Even when they are painful and challenging, this process can make experiences feel more stable and meaningful, which can feel incredibly freeing and empowering. In session, I help clients process and release heavy past experiences, unravel outdated beliefs, and re-channel that energy towards their goals; I help them build a compassionate support system within their own self and in their relationships; and, I help them establish an unwavering ability to stay strongly connected with their genuine self.
