Many of the people I work with simply desire support as they navigate an array of life’s challenges. As a psychotherapist, my treatment approach focuses on the mind-body connection and, when appropriate, integrates skills such as mindfulness, self-compassion, breathing exercises, and other evidence-based treatment modalities. It is my belief that developing and building on these skills is a core part of wellness and healing, whether that be from anxiety, depression, trauma, or just about any other constellation of symptoms related to the experience of being human. I have been providing clinical support here in Western MA since 2014 with people of all ages. I am a creative and compassionate individual whose clinical work is rooted in psychodynamic principles and contemplative practices. My aim is to support individuals in how to understand their thoughts and emotions, self-regulate, and connect positively with others. As someone who believes that relationship is medicine, it is my aim to support people in feeling safe and valued in our therapeutic connection. Please feel free to contact me for a free 15 minute consultation to see if we would be a good fit.
