Introduction

Progress happens when you feel understood and supported in a trusting therapeutic relationship. Pain and struggle are part of life—therapy helps you carry them differently and move toward what matters. I have my own history with trauma, family separation/divorce, and finding my way forward from a broken family. Those experiences shaped me—and they’re part of why I feel called to help others heal. In therapy, I focus on building a relationship where you feel understood, then pairing that trust with tools you can actually use. My goal isn’t to “fix” you. It’s to help you build the kind of life you want. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a powerful, evidence-based approach, to help adults navigate anxiety, self-criticism, and life stress more effectively. I often explore concerns related to spirituality. Therapy focuses on practical skills to help you relate differently to difficult thoughts and emotions, moving toward what matters most to you. I believe you can make changes and learn new ways to handle the stress you are experiencing. I have provided therapeutic services since 2016 and have worked with hundreds of clients on their personal treatment goals. I would be honored to work with you toward yours. I offer free consultations and I'm taking clients. Give me a call or send me an email today!
