Introduction

Hi, I’m Kiana Vaught (she/her), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I help adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns they can't seem to break. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, life transitions, or questions about who they are and who they want to become. My approach is warm, collaborative, and refreshingly human. Therapy with me feels more like a conversation than a lecture. Together, we'll explore what's beneath the surface, make sense of patterns that no longer serve you, and build practical tools for creating meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and EMDR. I have completed EMDR Basic Training and provide EMDR therapy for clients seeking to heal from trauma and distressing life experiences while continuing advanced consultation toward EMDRIA certification. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest—about their fears, their struggles, their hopes, and the parts of themselves they've learned to hide. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, challenged when needed, and supported as you move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values. Therapy isn't about fixing what's wrong with you. It's about helping you reconnect with what's already there. If you're ready for deeper healing, greater self-understanding, and lasting change, I'd love to connect.
