I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Art Therapy from Antioch University New England and hold a B.A. in Psychology from Chatham University in Pittsburgh. I work with children, teens, and families in a community-based nonprofit setting. I support clients through trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence, and life transitions. My approach is person-centered and holistic, while also using CBT to help address internal beliefs and thought patterns. I also use mindfulness, somatic processing, and creative tools like art to support grounding, expression, and self-understanding. A myth I like to challenge is that you have to be “good at art” to do art therapy. It is really about the process of self-expression and creativity. My therapeutic vibe is creative and go with the flow, helping clients grow into the person they want to be. Therapy with me is often like walking through an art gallery, discovering what resonates, reflecting on its meaning, and exploring new perspectives along the way.
