I'm a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to providing accessible, evidence-based care to adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and life's transitions. After earning my Ph.D. in Clinical-Community Psychology from the University of Alaska Anchorage, I completed specialized training in trauma-focused therapy and ADHD evaluation—areas where I bring particular depth and passion. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused work, and strength-based perspectives to help you build practical coping skills and move forward. Whether you're managing sleep disruption, processing difficult experiences, or seeking clarity around attention and executive function, I'm here to support you. I've been licensed in Alaska since 2021 and also hold a Washington license. I offer telehealth sessions and currently accept most major insurance plans. I'm accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
