I've received specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT),and trauma-focused approaches. I work with individuals and families across the lifespan and have particular expertise in anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, perinatal mental health, and college-age concerns. I'm also attuned to how cultural and systemic oppression shape mental health. Whether you're navigating a specific diagnosis or working through life's complexities, I'm here to meet you where you are with evidence-based care. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accepting Aetna insurance. I earned my doctorate in clinical psychology from Rutgers University's Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology.
