I believe therapy is about you — your values, needs, goals, and desires in life — and I am here to cheer you on and provide insight and support as needed! I treat therapy as a team effort where we can explore current happenings in your life, circumstances that have shaped you, wounds that need healing, patterns in your life, and so much more. While I have professional experience and education, you are the expert on and author of your life, and that is a critical component of the therapeutic process. Because we are all unique humans, I try to cater my therapy to my clients’ individual needs. My core base is person-centered therapy, and I help people get in touch with and connect their mind and body. I integrate CBT, ACT, parts work, somatic awareness, and creative arts interventions as it fits with each individual's needs and circumstances. I work closely with LGBTQIA+ individuals, adult-diagnosed neurodivergence, teens, young adults, depression, anxiety, navigating life transitions, and chronic illness.
