Introduction

Kiley Nettesheim is a mental health professional affiliated with Vancouver Counseling Solutions LLC. I am passionate about working with individuals with a history of trauma - whether recent or long ago - to reconnect with themselves and learn to move forward with greater self-acceptance and clarity. As a Mental Health Counselor Associate in Washington and Oregon, I have experience working with individuals aged 14 and older navigating anxiety, depression, severe stress or trauma, emotion dysregulation, or suicidal thoughts. I value authenticity and genuineness, and strive to create a space that is culturally responsive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and mindful of how systemic and social factors shape our lived experiences. I offer a compassionate, authentic space where I invite clients to show up as they are. My work incorporates evidence-based, trauma-informed and client-centered treatments including EMDR, DBT, CBT, Gestalt-informed, somatic and mindfulness-based techniques, focusing on helping you recognize and explore emotional experiences without judgment. Growth and healing doesn't mean changing who you are - it means reconnecting with the parts of you that have felt silenced or hidden. If you are ready to explore deeper understanding or simply take the first steps in the therapeutic process, I would be honored to support you.
