I bring twenty years of mental health experience to my work with individuals, couples, families, and groups across all ages—from children through adults. I have a particular passion for supporting first responders, who face unique stressors and deserve specialized care. My direct, evidence-based approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help you address anxiety, depression, trauma, and crisis moments. I work with what matters most to you—whether that's managing intrusive thoughts, healing from past experiences, strengthening relationships, or building resilience during difficult transitions. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to work with someone who listens carefully and gets straight to what helps, I'd welcome the chance to meet you.
