Hello and welcome! I have a passion for working with children, teens, and women experiencing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I take an eclectic approach to counseling that integrates person centered, solution focused therapy, and combine it with mindfulness to give my clients a well rounded approach. Together we will make a plan that fits your needs best. I have 15 years of school based mental health experience and am excited to be transferring my skills into the private sector.
