Introduction

Change can feel daunting, especially when memories of the past still echo through your present. I encourage you to reach out if you're seeking a therapeutic relationship that fully honors the complexity and depth of your story while at the same time supporting meaningful transformation. I create a space where you can show up as you are, whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself. I will walk alongside you as you rediscover hope and vitality and build a more fulfilling life guided by your values. I specialize in working with young adults, teens, and caregivers in healing from traumatic experiences that deeply wounded their sense of self and how they understand others and the world around them. For many, this also includes navigating intergenerational trauma or relational patterns passed down through family systems or broader institutional contexts. I also have a deep familiarity with both the strengths and challenges of those whose lives have been shaped by high expectations, achievement, and constant demands. As a former Division I collegiate athlete, I bring lived experience and a nuanced understanding to my work with athletes and other high-achieving individuals navigating performance pressure, burnout, injury, or life after competitive sport. Seeking support is a meaningful step. Therapy helps slow things down so you can reflect and move forward with greater clarity and steadiness. I hope to create a therapeutic experience for you that feels grounding, paced, and deeply human. Experience across levels of care and extensive training in evidence-based modalities: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) DBT for Complex PTSD Seeking Safety for co-occurring trauma and substance abuse Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) Attachment-Based Family Therapy
