Hello! I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University. I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum depressive symptoms, and significant life transitions. Using a person-centered and trauma-informed approach, I support my clients in building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies, and creating meaningful change. I am also passionate about helping individuals during transitional periods, whether adjusting to parenthood, processing loss, or seeking clarity in the face of uncertainty. I have recently begun working with individuals experiencing autoimmune disorders, with a particular focus on thyroid conditions. Having personally navigated the challenges of autoimmune thyroid disease for several years, I am deeply passionate about supporting others as they face the complexities and uncertainties of their journeys. I am currently working toward full licensure and I practice under the supervision of a qualified, licensed clinical supervisor. I am committed to ongoing professional development and delivering high-quality care in a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.
