Introduction

Trauma-informed therapy to help you feel steady, present, and at home in yourself again. If trauma or chronic stress has left you flooded one moment and shut down the next, you are not broken — and you don't have to keep white-knuckling your way through. I'm a licensed clinical social worker who focuses entirely on trauma recovery. I help adults heal the wounds underneath the symptoms and build a nervous system that can hold life again, so you're responding to your days instead of just surviving them. My work is EMDR- and IFS-based, grounded in the understanding that your reactions made sense given what you've lived through. We move at a pace your system can tolerate — safety and steadiness first, deeper processing only when you're resourced for it. You won't be rushed, pathologized, or asked to relive anything before you're ready. Sessions are held by secure video, and I'm licensed to work with clients across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, South Carolina, and Florida. Reaching out is often the hardest part, and you don't have to be sure to start. I offer a brief, no-pressure consultation so you can get a feel for how I work and ask whatever you need to. I also run small, trauma-informed group programs — The Emotional Regulation Path™ and Resilience in Practice™ — for people who want to build skills alongside others doing the same work. When you're ready, I'd be glad to hear what brought you here.
