I’m a Licensed Social Worker based in Queens, NY, and I work with individuals and couples navigating life’s challenges. Many of my clients seek support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, and self-doubt. I’m especially passionate about supporting BIPOC communities, introverts, and people living with chronic illness or physical disabilities. In therapy, I combine mindfulness, meditation, and talk therapy with a strength-based, person-centered approach. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you explore thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors, understand what’s working and what isn’t, and develop healthier habits. Together, we may use creative expression, grounding exercises, and breathing techniques to manage stress, and I may provide practical tools or homework to support your growth outside of sessions. My approach is warm, nurturing, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach your short- and long-term goals. I meet clients wherever they are in their journey and tailor therapy to your unique needs. I earned my MSW from CUNY Hunter College, Silberman School of Social Work, and have experience working with children, families, and adults with chronic illness and physical disabilities. Outside of practice, I enjoy traveling, reading, and painting. Remote therapy sessions are available.
