Introduction

I help clients break cycles, heal from trauma, and reconnect with the parts of themselves they have had to silence in order to survive. I offer warm, trauma informed, culturally responsive therapy that honors your identity, your lived experience, and your emotional truth. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, unseen, or exhausted from carrying everything alone. In our work, you will find a space where your story is held with compassion and honesty, a space where you do not have to perform strength or hide the parts of you that are hurting. I specialize in supporting BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients, teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and the impact of family and systemic stress. My approach is relational, grounding, and collaborative. We move at your pace, building clarity, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of self trust. If you are ready for a therapist who sees the whole you, not just your symptoms, I am here.
