Introduction

You’ve done your best to hold it all together, but the past keeps finding its way into the present. Whether you’re experiencing flashbacks, numbness, overwhelming emotions, or a deep sense of disconnection, your mind and body are trying to tell a story that’s never felt safe to tell. You don’t have to keep carrying this alone. I specialize in working with adults wanting to heal from trauma and offer a trauma-informed, compassionate space to do the deep work of healing. Therapy with me is grounded in Judith Herman's three stages of trauma recovery: stabilization, reprocessing, and reintegration. While each stage is important, I do my best work in the reprocessing phase, where we begin to loosen the grip of the past and create space for new ways of being. My approach is eclectic and tailored to your needs. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support your healing. Together, we can help you reconnect with your inner resources, reduce emotional suffering, and move toward a life that feels more whole.
