Introduction

Whatever season you are in right now, it can get lighter, and there is room here for whatever that includes. I'm a National Certified Counselor and a Resident in Counseling, working from an integrative approach. I believe counseling works best when it meets people where they are, because change can come both from within and from what shifts around you. My role is to offer the steady, unhurried company that makes room for either. I work with adults across many seasons, including college and graduate students, professionals in medicine and the helping fields, and those finding their way through difficult relationships, family strain, grief, or a transition you chose or one that arrived without asking. In session, I offer a warm space where honesty is welcome, nothing has to be performed, and you can think out loud without being rushed toward a conclusion. My approach is integrative and collaborative, drawing on narrative, psychodynamic, somatic, and chairwork methods as they fit you, with attention to the cultural and spiritual contexts that shape a life. Reaching out takes courage, and I would be glad to hear from you. If this sounds like the support you have been hoping to find, that feeling is worth trusting. Book a first session and we will start wherever you are.
