Introduction

Hi, I’m Kimberly Babcock, LISW-S, a licensed independent social worker and mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and practical support. I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals in home healthcare, children and families, incarcerated adults, people living with disabilities, older adults, and adults in inpatient psychiatric settings. My background across these settings has given me a deep understanding of how mental health intersects with life transitions, trauma, medical needs, and systemic challenges. I also provide virtual therapy, allowing clients to access care in a flexible and convenient way. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change and improved well-being.
