Introduction

I'm a Licensed Master of Social Work (LLMSW) who believes that meaningful change happens when you feel truly heard and supported. I work with individuals, couples, and groups across the lifespan—from teenagers navigating peer relationships to elders adjusting to life's later chapters. Whether you're managing anxiety or depression, processing trauma, working through relationship challenges, facing a major life transition, or simply trying to find your footing during an existential moment, I'm here to help. I draw on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family and marital therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused brief therapy to meet you where you are. My goal is to understand your unique story and collaborate with you on reaching the goals that matter most to you. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you think we might be a good fit to work together, I'd welcome the chance to connect.
