Introduction

I know what it feels like to lose your voice in the fog of Narcissistic Abuse. For a long time, I lived with the invisible weight of Complex PTSD (CPTSD)—the hypervigilance, the "stuck" feeling in the body, and the deep-seated belief that I had to be perfect to be safe. My journey into therapy wasn't just professional; it was personal. I had to navigate the same generational shadows and "silent" traumas that I now help my clients face today. It was through this deep work that I discovered a vital truth: We are not broken; we are burdened. In my own healing, I realized that "just talking" wasn't enough to clear the somatic echoes of trauma. To truly reclaim my story, I needed to bridge the gap between the mind and the spirit. This is why I became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Reiki II Certified Energy Healer. My approach is "outside-the-box" because trauma is rarely linear. I integrate: Jungian Depth Psychology: To explore the unconscious patterns and "shadows" left behind by narcissistic dynamics. Somatic & Energy-Based Care: Using Reiki and nervous system regulation to release the physical tension that words cannot reach. Mindfulness & Narrative Therapy: To help you detach from the old, painful stories and awaken your true essence. Reclaiming Your Story Today, I specialize in helping individuals and families who are ready to break free from the cycles of abuse and generational trauma. I believe that your essence—your true, wise self—is still there, waiting under the layers of what no longer serves you. You don't have to carry the weight of the past forever. Whether you are navigating CPTSD, anxiety, or the confusing aftermath of an abusive relationship, I am here to walk beside you. Together, we will move beyond survival mode and step into a life of authentic resiliency and inner peace.
