Introduction

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the weight of constant change, I want you to know something first: you’re not supposed to go through this alone. Over the years, I’ve met so many people who’ve tried to hold everything together by themselves—managing their health, their relationships, their work, their families—and somewhere along the way, they lose sight of their own needs. I became a therapist because I understand how heavy life can feel, and I believe deeply in the relief that comes when someone finally feels understood. For more than 14 years, I’ve walked alongside people in some of their most vulnerable moments. My approach is gentle, grounded, and holistic. I don’t look at you as a diagnosis to be treated but as a whole person with a story that deserves space. Together, we’ll explore what’s standing between you and the peace you’ve been craving, and we’ll build practical tools that help those calmer, steadier moments last. I also work closely with individuals navigating chronic conditions—fertility challenges, IBS, chronic fatigue, POTS, Lyme disease, and the emotional exhaustion that often comes with them. I’ve seen how these conditions can reshape your life, your sense of control, and your relationship with your own body. Our work focuses on restoring balance, rebuilding resilience, and reconnecting you with the parts of yourself that illness may have overshadowed. My support extends to fellow mental health professionals as well. Whether you’re stepping into a new role, facing burnout, or imagining the next chapter of your career, I offer supervision and guidance that honors both your personal and professional growth. You don’t have to navigate those transitions in isolation either. I’m licensed in Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. For clients with out-of-network benefits, I’m able to provide a Superbill to help with reimbursement. If you’re ready to begin—whether you’re longing for clarity, steadiness, healing, or simply someone to talk to—I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
