If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life transitions, or the constant demands of everyday life, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many of us spend years holding everything together—managing work, relationships, family, and health—while putting our own needs aside. Therapy can offer a space to slow down, feel understood, and find practical ways to make things more manageable. For more than 15 years, I’ve supported people through some of their most vulnerable moments. My approach is gentle, grounded, holistic, and deeply human. I see you as a whole person—not a diagnosis. Together, we’ll use practical, realistic tools to help you better understand yourself, navigate what you’re going through, and create meaningful change. A few of my focus areas include OCD, depression, navigating major life transitions, fertility and pregnancy challenges, relationship and parenting concerns, and chronic health conditions, including GI issues, IBS, chronic fatigue, POTS, and Lyme disease. Therapy looks different for everyone, so I tailor our work to what you need. I may use EMDR when past experiences feel stuck or difficult to move through and Exposure Therapy (ERP) to address concerns related to OCD and anxiety. I offer 90-minute EMDR Intensives for those who want dedicated time for deeper work. I’m licensed in Connecticut, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
