Introduction

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, life transitions, or the constant demands of modern life, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many people spend years holding everything together—managing work, relationships, family, and health—while quietly putting their own needs aside. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and take meaningful steps toward greater balance and well-being. For more than 14 years, I’ve supported individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments. My approach is gentle, grounded, holistic, and deeply human. I see you as a whole person—not a diagnosis—and together we explore what may be keeping you from feeling more settled, connected, and at ease. Using practical, realistic tools, we work toward lasting change and help create more consistent moments of calm. When helpful, I integrate approaches such as EMDR to support the processing of experiences that feel stuck, overwhelming, or difficult to move through. EMDR can help create greater emotional regulation, allowing healing to unfold at a pace that feels safe and manageable. For those seeking more focused support, I offer EMDR Intensives with 90-minute sessions designed to provide dedicated time and space for deeper processing and meaningful progress. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, fertility and pregnancy challenges, relationship and parenting concerns, and chronic health conditions including GI issues, IBS, chronic fatigue, POTS, and Lyme disease. Together, we build resilience and help you feel more capable, empowered, and connected to your life. I also provide supervision and support for mental health professionals experiencing burnout, navigating career transitions, or seeking the next stage of professional growth. This work is collaborative, reflective, and focused on creating sustainable change—both personally and professionally. If you’re seeking clarity, steadiness, healing, or simply a place to be heard, I’d be honored to support you.
