If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the weight of constant change, you don’t have to face it alone. In 2026, life can feel fast, and without much choice, we’re often taking in news and information from every direction. It can feel invasive! Many people spend years holding everything together or masking—managing their health, relationships, work, and family—while quietly setting their own needs aside. Therapy offers a space to slow down, feel understood, and take steady, meaningful steps forward. For more than 14 years, I’ve supported individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. My approach is gentle, grounded, holistic and human. I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis, and together we focus on what’s standing in the way of feeling more settled. We use practical, realistic tools to create lasting change and help calmer moments become more consistent. When helpful, I also integrate approaches such as EMDR to support the processing of experiences that feel stuck or overwhelming, allowing the nervous system to settle and healing to move forward at a pace that feels manageable. I work with individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, depression, fertility and pregnancy challenges, relationship and parenting concerns, and chronic health conditions such as GI issues, IBS, chronic fatigue, POTS, and Lyme disease. Through therapy, we build resilience and help you feel more connected, capable, and in control of your life. EMDR can be especially helpful when past or ongoing experiences continue to affect how you feel in the present, even when you’ve already done a lot to cope or move forward. I also provide supervision and support for mental health professionals navigating burnout, role transitions, or the next phase of their careers. This work is collaborative and focused on sustainable growth—both personally and professionally. If you’re seeking clarity, steadiness, healing, or simply a place to be heard, I’d be honored to support you.
