With 25 years of experience as a somatic therapist, I offer simple tools to surf the waves of life. Learn creative ways to manage your thoughts and emotions with more ease. As a graduate of Naropa University in Body Mind Psychology, my approach helps you to synchronize body, mind and emotions and to feel more connected with others. As a prior elementary school teacher and school based therapist for middle school and high school, I specialize in collaborating with youth of all ages. ​
