Introduction

I am a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker Credentialed in EMDR therapy. I offer a thoughtful, integrative approach to EMDR therapy that is grounded in an understanding of trauma, the nervous system, and the ways our experiences shape both mind and body. My treatment is always tailored to each client’s unique needs, history, and readiness, moving at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing complex trauma, anxiety and panic disorders, and dissociation. My work integrates EMDR therapy with other evidence-based modalities and mindfulness exercises, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Sound Protocol (SSP). My flexible, Safe-oriented approach allows my clients to build stability first, deepen insight and healing over time, and support lasting change. At the heart of my practice is a strong emphasis on attunement, safety, and collaboration. I am especially mindful when supporting clients with attachment wounds, dissociation, or nervous system dysregulation, and I prioritize stabilization, consent, and pacing throughout the therapeutic process. I am committed to providing ethical, culturally responsive care that honors each client’s lived experience. I bring over 15 years of experience providing strength-based support to individuals navigating probation, healthcare systems, and social services. I currently practice at a county-contracted clinic in Orange County, California, serving children, adolescents, and adults, including individuals and families who are low-income or experiencing housing instability.
