I believe personal growth isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about building flexibility and new skills. Most of us rely on the same interpersonal tools we learned in childhood, which can leave us feeling stuck when old patterns stop working. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, I help individuals and couples develop a broader range of skills to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges with greater ease and confidence. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral approaches, and family/marital therapy, I work with young adults, adults, and older adults to create real options where rigidity once existed. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore what's possible. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, and I'm currently accepting new clients. I'd welcome the chance to meet with you for a free consultation to discuss what brings you in and how I might help.
