Introduction

I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for over 12 years working in my community. I've had the privilege of serving children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families struggling with trauma, anxiety and other challenging experiences. I hold a client centered approach. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT and Filial Therapy and currently provide individual counseling services and select Family Therapy services. Equally important to my support as a therapist is my experience, training and tenure as a clinical supervisor. I have been supervising master's level interns, limited permit mental health counselor's and licensed clinicians for 11 years, supporting them in their journey towards their professional aspirations. I completed additional supervision and experience to acquire my Diagnostic Privilege in New York State as of 2024. I also hold my professional counseling license in Connecticut (LPC).
