Introduction
For more than twenty-five years, I have worked alongside individuals in both mental health and correctional settings, helping them navigate complex challenges and create meaningful change in their lives. My experience has taught me that growth happens best in an environment where people feel respected, understood, and supported. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in effective cognitive behavioral strategies.
