Introduction

ME Psychotherapy is a collaborative group practice with a diverse team of experienced mental health providers. We work with children, adolescents, and adults across a broad range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns. Our team is committed to helping you find a provider whose experience and approach align with your individual needs. We would be happy to work with you. To schedule an appointment, you may request one online or contact our office with any questions or assistance finding the right provider. I enjoy working with clients who are ready to invest in themselves and create meaningful change. I strive to help clients build confidence, develop new skills, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience. I believe therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach and I work collaboratively with clients to identify strategies that best fit their needs and goals.
