Introduction

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world. Today I am wise, so I am changing myself.” ― Rumi Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you're struggling with trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and affirming space where you can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and move toward meaningful change. I work with children, teens, and adults using a personalized, trauma-informed approach that recognizes that healing is not one-size-fits-all. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board Certified Registered Art Therapist℠ (ATR-BC®), and EMDRIA Certified Therapist™, I integrate EMDR therapy, art therapy, mindfulness, DBT and CBT skills, Bilateral Stimulation, Narrative Sand Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches to meet your unique needs. Art therapy offers opportunities for self-expression, insight, and healing when words alone are not enough. EMDR helps clients process and heal from distressing experiences that may continue to affect their emotions, relationships, self-esteem, and daily life. Together, we work to reduce emotional distress, strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create lasting change. Whether you have tried therapy before or are reaching out for the first time, you do not have to navigate life's challenges alone. Healing is possible, and I would be honored to support you on your journey.
