Introduction

I work with individuals who are often functioning well on the outside but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected internally. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, and are looking to understand the deeper patterns shaping their thoughts, relationships, and emotional experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on both insight and practical change. Together, we explore how past experiences and current patterns intersect, and identify concrete ways to shift what isn’t working. While the work is meaningful and often deep, sessions are not overly rigid or clinical. There is space for real conversation, perspective, and even humor, alongside the development of tools that support lasting change. I tend to be a good fit for individuals who are open, reflective, and ready to engage in the process to achieve greater clarity, stability, and alignment in their lives. I am currently accepting new telehealth clients in Colorado and Nebraska. Self-pay is available in both states, with insurance accepted in Nebraska.
