Introduction

Hi, I’m Kimberly. I help adults work through anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, and recovery. My goal is simple: to give you a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and find a path forward. I’m a Licensed Clinical Alcohol Drug Counselor and a Temporary Certified Social Worker. Since 2020, I've worked in the mental health field supporting adult clients through both everyday struggles and bigger life transition. I use approaches like CBT, DBT and Motivational Interviewing, but I believe the most important part of therapy is finding what fits you best. I’m especially committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space for neurodiverse and LGBTQ+ clients. My style is collaborative, trauma-informed, and compassionate. I believe that challenges, while difficult, can also open the door to growth, resilience and lasting change. I hold master’s degrees in psychology and social work, and I bring both knowledge and empathy into every session. Whether you’re looking for tools to mange stress, clarity during a transition, or support in healing, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
