I grew up knowing that I wanted to work with people and in a helping capacity. I benefited from therapy in my personal life as a young adult and then found my way back school to become a therapist myself. I completed my Masters degree at University of Oregon in Couples and Family Therapy in 2016, and then launched my private practice in 2019. I practice an integrated therapy approach that is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also incorporating CBT, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, and Family Systems Theory. I enjoy working with each client to discover the unique ways therapy can be helpful, and a key part of this is developing a trusting relationship and safe space. I view myself as a supportive guide in working towards meaningful change, whether short or long-term. A cornerstone of my therapy approach is increasing the ability to be with discomfort, and developing healthier ways of relating with life's struggles. I work with adults of all ages, and I find that I especially enjoy supporting graduate students. Many of my clients experience anxiety, ADHD, OCD, perfectionism, trauma, or challenges with mood or attention regulation. I look forward to connecting with you to see if we'd be a good fit for your therapy experience!
