Introduction

Former Athlete? Feeling lost, disconnected, or not like yourself anymore? You spent years training, competing, and pushing yourself in your sport. It gave you structure, identity, and a clear sense of purpose. Now that it’s over, you might feel lost, unmotivated, or unsure of who you are without it. Maybe nothing feels as meaningful as it used to, or you’re struggling to find direction in this next phase of life. For many former athletes, the transition isn’t just about missing their sport. It can also bring up a complicated relationship with your body, exercise, or food, or surface experiences from your time in sports that you never fully processed. You might notice yourself feeling disconnected from your body, questioning old patterns, or realizing that certain coaching dynamics or environments affected you more than you thought. I specialize in helping former athletes make sense of, and heal from, the full impact of their sport experience. In our work together, we focus on: -Rebuilding your identity beyond your sport -Developing a healthier, more grounded relationship with your body -Processing difficult or unresolved experiences from your athletic career -Creating a sense of purpose, structure, and direction moving forward My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded, but also direct and insight-oriented. I understand the mindset of high-achievers and athletes, and I help you carry those strengths into your life now, without the pressure and rigidity that may have come with them. This isn’t about starting over, it’s about integrating who you were as an athlete into who you’re becoming. If you’re navigating life after sport and feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what’s next, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I offer a free consultation to see if working together feels like a good fit.
