Introduction

Do your emotions ever go from 0 to 100 in a split second? Do you find yourself reacting before you’ve had time to think—or feeling overwhelmed, shut down, or out of control? You’re not alone—and you’re not stuck this way. I help individuals who struggle with intense emotions, impulsivity, anger, and relationship challenges learn how to slow things down, regain control, and respond more effectively. My approach is collaborative and skills-based. I integrate CBT and DBT to help you strengthen emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and problem-solving skills—so you can move through life with more clarity and less chaos. I specialize in working with: • ADHD and executive functioning challenges • Anger management and emotional dysregulation • Impulsivity • Personality disorders • Relationship difficulties Together, we’ll work to understand what’s beneath the patterns—so you can feel more grounded, communicate more clearly, and build healthier connections. Taking the first step can feel hard, but it doesn’t have to be overwhelming. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, answer your questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
